Let's see in more detail how this guarantee works:

BASIC ORDINARY WARRANTY(Consumer Code):

ADDITIONAL "PROMOTED OR MONEY BACK" DRONEXT WARRANTY: _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_(freely offered by Dronext SRL to buyers of the product called "DRONE A2 LICENSE: MANUAL + FULL WORKOUT WITH EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO EXAM A2 ONLINE FROM HOME"):

3) Dronext SRL also undertakes to reimburse all buyers of the aforementioned product if, after having followed all the instructions to the letter, have studied the manual, and tried in vain to pass the A2 exam on the Drone Class site they failed to successfully conclude the trial in the 30 days made available by Drone Class for this purpose.

The buyer has 14 days from the expiry of the 30 days provided for the examination on the Drone Class site, to communicate the will to withdraw from the purchase. This communication must be sent by e-mail to info@dronext.eu. Upon receipt of this communication, Dronext SRL will send the customer a form to be filled in for the reimbursement. Once received this completed form back, Dronext SRL undertakes to refund - within 7 days - in full the purchase price using the same payment method used by the buyer (or - at the buyer's choice - by providing a credit to be used. on the dronext.eu website

Being an extremely "strong" guarantee, we demand the total good faith of the buyer who requests the refund and who must therefore authorize us to investigate the matter with Drone Class asking for more information on the subject (for example: confirmation of failure to pass the exam , number of attempts made etc ..)

NOTE:

 

NOTE 1: The MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is closely linked to the intrinsic quality of the product purchased and obviously does not cover any "dissatisfaction" deriving from "third" situations not dependent on our will and our power. In other words, the customer must complain that he is not satisfied with the quality of the content purchased as it is lacking or not well structured (or similar).

By way of example only:

Mr. Paolo buys our manual "DRONES: HOW TO FLY IN THE RED AREA LEGALLY". Following the instructions contained therein, he successfully makes a series of requests to the authorities and one of these is not accepted as on that day the President of the Republic would have flown over the area by helicopter. In this case, the customer cannot claim a refund.

 

If, on the other hand, the customer complains that he has never obtained any authorization because - by mere hypothesis - what is contained in the guide is not complete, then he would certainly be entitled to a refund.

 

NOTE 2: never and under no circumstances can Dronext SRL be called to reimburse more than what was actually paid to Dronext SRL at the time of purchase.

Example 1:

Mr. Marco buys a product at € 35.01 with a 10% discount thanks to our promotion, he will not be able to claim a refund of the full price of € 38.90 (but only what is actually paid, ie € 35.01 ).

Example 2:

Mr. Luigi buys the preparatory manual for the A1 license and then registers on ENAC to pay the 31 euros for the exam. However, computer bugs occur and all examination attempts are recorded as negative. In this case, the customer would not be entitled to a refund of the 31 euros paid to third parties (and not even to that relating to the product unless he complained of a poor quality of the same).
